WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING ITEMS, HORICHARM HAIR WILL AGREE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND CLIENTS FOR THE PRODUCT IF:
Exchange/Refund ONLY accept for straight/bone straight NATURAL COLOR hair before using.
The straight/bone straight natural color hair is tangle, shedding.
HORICHARM HAIR WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT IF:
Used/ Damaged/ Cut hair
Change the product pattern
Not exchange or refund for other textures/items excluding straight/bone straight natural color like above
Because of the nature of handmade products, we will not refund the money in anycase when products were made. Only refund when products are bad and can not be exchange
AND WE ONLY CAN REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL DUE TO GOVERNMENT POLICIES
To avoid the custom taxes in destination country, all packages shipped by UPS/DHL will be informed as “Synthetic hair”, but don’t be attention it because we only sell 100% real Vietnam Human Hair. So any claims about this text in package we don’t accept. If customers don’t like and want fill right name “human hair”, they need to pay for custom taxes when package come to their country to get the goods.
NOTE: Any changes to the order after 3 days of payment, including color change, length change, type change, or cancellation of the order, will be attempted to be checked by the company, but there is no guarantee that it can be executed because the order has been sent to the manufacturer. Especially, If the customer suddenly cancel the order, the deposit or the entire value of the order will be forfeited without exceptions.
